It's our first post and it's only fitting we start off with a proper introduction, so... "Hello & Nice to meet you!" :)
Born out of a passion for people development, human resources, training and workplace safety, SKILLS is a service driven group of companies making a difference.
Established in 1994 our creative approach has given us national coverage enabling us to serve
most centres in South Africa and beyond. We assist by enhancing organisational performance by
improving efficiency and productivity. We achieve this by focussing on the main asset of the
organization... ITS PEOPLE!

SKILLS endeavour to provide a high standard of service, always being prepared to go beyond
the minimum requirements. We believe that by being a value-adding partner and extension of our
client’s business, we build lasting relationships. This is clearly shown in the length of service we
have with some of our key accounts who have been our clients for more than 15 years.
We deem it essential to stay in touch with the latest human resource developmental practices; as
well as all labour and safety legislation requirements. Researching the uniqueness of each industry
allows us the flexibility to customise interventions to specific needs. This enables us to deliver a
focused service that is cost-effective, efficient and that meets the needs of our clients, creating a
truly value-adding component.
